OK Mart is an online grocery delivery platform serving selected areas. By using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all our customers.
🛒 Order Policy
- All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp message to your registered phone number.
- Product availability may change based on real-time stock.
- Some items may be replaced with similar products of equal or higher value if unavailable.
- If a replacement is not acceptable, the item may be cancelled from your order.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain products.
🚚 Delivery Policy
- Delivery is available only in selected pincodes. You can check serviceability on the checkout page.
- Delivery time may vary depending on demand, traffic, weather conditions, and other factors.
- Our standard delivery time is 10-15 minutes, but during peak hours it may take longer.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
- If no one is available, the order may be returned and a redelivery charge may apply.
🏪 Store Pickup Policy
If you choose store pickup, delivery charges will not be applied. The delivery charge shown in the bill will be removed during final confirmation.
- Store pickup orders must be collected within 2 hours of confirmation.
- Please bring your order confirmation (WhatsApp message) when picking up.
- Unclaimed orders after 24 hours may be cancelled without refund.
🥛 Dairy Products Limit
Dairy products are limited per day. A maximum of 1–2 dairy items per order will be fulfilled. Any additional dairy items may be cancelled.
- This limit applies to items like milk, butter, cheese, paneer, and yogurt.
- The limit helps ensure fair distribution and freshness for all customers.
- If you need larger quantities, please contact us on WhatsApp for special arrangements.
🏷️ Offers & Free Items
- All offers and discounts are valid for a limited time only.
- Minimum order conditions apply for free delivery and promotional items.
- Free items (such as free onion on orders above ₹199) are only added if all conditions are met.
- OK Mart reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer without prior notice.
- Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp.
- Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refund requests must be made via WhatsApp with your Order ID.
Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after verification.
👤 User Responsibility
- Provide correct and complete address and phone number for delivery.
- Be available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.
- Verify all items at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.
- Keep your account and order information confidential.
⚠️ Misuse & Fake Order Policy
We take misuse of our service seriously. If a user repeatedly places fake orders, cancels orders frequently, or misuses the service, the following actions will be taken:
Warning
First offense: A warning message will be sent via WhatsApp.
Temporary Block
Second offense: Temporary blocking of order placement for 7 days.
Permanent Restriction
Third offense: Permanent restriction from using the OK Mart service.
OK Mart reserves the right to cancel any suspicious orders without prior notice. Examples of misuse include: placing fake orders, repeated cancellations without valid reason, harassing delivery personnel, or using the platform for fraudulent activities.
